INTRODUCTION: God tells us to PRAY. (Luke. 18:1, Ephesians 6:18, 1 Timothy 2:8)
(Chapter 5:6-10)
WHERE? …In HEAVEN! (Before the THRONE of God!)
*4 Living Creatures (Seraphim). 24 Elders (Saints). LAMB (Christ: WORTHY!)
WHAT?...(Golden Bowls of Incense: The “PRAYERS of the SAINTS”!)
SONG!...(PRAISE, GLORY, WORSHIP, THANKSGIVING!)
WHY?...(SALVATION, FORGIVENESS, ETERNAL LIFE, KINGDOM,
GLORY, HEAVEN! (Slain, Blood, Ransom!)
(Chapter 6: 9-11)
The CRY of the SAINTS (Martyrs) “How long O Lord?!” (JUSTICE/JUDGEMENT)
(Chapter 8:1-5)
The ANSWER to the SAINTS’ PRAYERS!
*MUCH INCENSE (offered) WITH the PRAYERS of the SAINTS!!
*BEFORE the THRONE of GOD! (Smoke Rising!)(Pleasing aroma!)
*BOWLS FILLED WITH FIRE! THROWN DOWN IN JUDGEMENT!
CONCLUSION: God desires for each of us to PRAY daily and never lose FAITH in His LOVE, WISDOM, POWER, and PROMISE to ANSWER!
*Our weekly Men’ Prayer Meeting has been a POWERFUL example of How God has ANSWERED PRAYERS and BLESSED each one of us here! God has WORKED in wonderful ways in our Church as we have sought the Lord TOGETHER, and TRUSTED Him to strengthen and provide for us as we WAIT upon the Lord day by day!
