The Plan of Salvation
- ALL HAVE SINNED
Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
- THERE IS A PENALTY FOR SIN
Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
- YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF
James 2:10: “For whoever will keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
- SALVATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED
Ephesians 2:8-9: “For by grace you are saved through faith; and it is not of your own doing; it is the free gift of God. Not of anything you do yourself, so on one can boast.”
- THE CONDITIONS ARE SIMPLE
Repent: Luke 13:3: “I tell you; but except you
repent, you shall all perish alike.”
Confess: Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.”
Believe: Acts 16:31 “And they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your house.”
- NOW IS THE TIME…
II Corinthians 6:2 “Behold, now is the accepted time, behold, now is the day of salvation.”
- SHARE YOUR NEW FAITH
Confess Christ before men. Matthew 10:32
“Whoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven.
